Before founding Torwood, Ray spent many years working on major commercial fit-out projects across Central London, including work for the Foreign Office, Bank of America, and BP. During this time, he also collaborated with award-winning developers such as Richmond Green, gaining experience in high-end design and detail-driven construction.
Since 2010, Torwood has focused on residential building and renovation, helping homeowners across South London and Surrey transform their spaces with craftsmanship, care, and sustainable materials.
